At Visibluxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered at all and the estimated delivery time has passed, you are entitled to a full refund or a complete redelivery of the service. The choice is yours.

Partial Delivery

If only a portion of your order has been delivered, you may choose between a proportional refund for the undelivered portion or completion of the remaining order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Order

If the wrong service was delivered (e.g., likes instead of followers, or delivery to the wrong account), you are entitled to a full refund or correct redelivery.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The order has been fully delivered as described.
  • A natural decrease in count occurs after delivery (e.g., followers unfollowing over time), unless the service includes an explicit refill guarantee.
  • Your social media account was set to private during the delivery period, preventing fulfillment.
  • Your social media account was suspended, banned, or deleted by the platform during or after delivery.
  • You provided incorrect account information (wrong username, broken link, etc.).
  • You changed your username or made your account private during delivery.

3. Refill Guarantee

Some services include a refill guarantee (e.g., 30-day guarantee). If a service with a refill guarantee experiences a drop in count within the guaranteed period, we will refill the difference at no charge. The refill guarantee period and terms are specified on each service page.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of your original order date.
  • Provide your order details (service ordered, quantity, account link, date of order).
  • Allow up to 48 hours for us to review your request.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds may be processed faster.

6. Disputes

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, please reach out to us again via WhatsApp. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
