3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed by selecting a service and quantity on our website, then completing the order via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
  • The social media account or content you provide is yours or you have authorization to manage it.
  • The information you provide (username, link, etc.) is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment is currently accepted via cryptocurrency and other methods as communicated during the ordering process. We reserve the right to add or change accepted payment methods at any time.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the service and quantity ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided on each service page but are not guaranteed. We aim to begin processing all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Delivery speed may be affected by factors beyond our control, including social media platform updates, high demand, or technical issues with third-party providers.

6. Refund and Replacement Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered at all within the estimated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund or redelivery at your choice.
  • Partial Delivery: If your order is only partially delivered, you are entitled to a proportional refund or completion of the remaining order.
  • Completed Orders: Once an order has been fully delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Drop in Count: Some services may experience a natural decrease over time (e.g., followers unfollowing). This is normal social media behavior and is not grounds for a refund unless the service explicitly includes a refill guarantee.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your social media account is set to public (not private) during the delivery period. Orders placed for private accounts may not be deliverable, and refunds may not be available in such cases.

Visibluxe is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account, including but not limited to suspensions or bans. We recommend reviewing the terms of service of the relevant social media platform before ordering.

8. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, increased revenue, or any particular business results from using our services.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Snapchat, Telegram, or Spotify.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
